Consisted of Professional Vision Software, Industrial Computer, High Performance Industrial Camera and Lens, This machine can measure part’s dimensions very fast and with high precision.
Working Step
1) parts dimension measuring
Put Parts on the measuring table, push one button, the results of dimension measuring will be displayed on screen within 1 second. One time can measure one big part, or many small parts. Fast & high precision measurement. Workers can remove NG parts indicated by displayer, and collect OK parts.
2) Auto-focus or Manual focus
Customers can choose Auto focus or Manual focus function before purchase. The auto-focus machine can automatically adjust object distance to take a best picture.
3) Auto-calibration
With a calibration plate, this machine can automatically calibrating.
